- What type of financing is available?
We have non secured monthly payment & deferred interest options.
We also have home equity options such as lines of credit and re-finances.
- How long does the entire installation take?
A typical installation will last from 3 to 8 weeks depending on job specs, loop field type, weather, permits & back log.
- What type of warranty do you offer?
There is a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty on parts with a labor allowance.
There is also a 2 year complete warranty from Watervale.
- Can Watervale assist me in completing the required tax credit documents?
Yes, Joe or Kathy can help you pre-apply for the MD State Grant and Kathy will provide you with all necessary paperwork and invoices to obtain your tax credits when your job is completed.
- My HVAC system is outdated and underinsulated. Can Watervale provide me with a quote to upgrade my HVAC?
Yes, watervale specializes in installing new ductwork for new and existing homes. We have our own sheet metal shop and we can custom make new ductwork for any application.
- Will you remove my old furnace/boiler/air conditioning unit?
Yes, we haul away the old equipment. We cut up & recycle whatever we can, including oil tanks.
