Save Big With A Geothermal System
from Watervale
There are many reasons why a geothermal system installed by Watervale is a better option than any other system:
- Reason #1: Saves on Energy Costs. Watervale’s geothermal systems can cut energy costs by up to 65% compared to conventional heating and cooling systems. Because our geothermal systems are so efficient, they use much less energy to maintain comfortable indoor temperatures. Specific savings vary due to factors such as different house designs, equipment efficiency, fuel costs, and weather.
- Reason #2: Strong Return on Investment. There are a variety of geothermal tax credits available in Maryland, as well as a 30% federal tax credit from the U.S. government. So initial outlays in geothermal energy cost is often paid for in the form of reduced energy and maintenance costs & tax credits in less than five years.
- Reason #3: Most Environmentally Friendly. Geothermal energy is naturally renewable and non-polluting. Moreover, according to the EPA, geothermal energy is the most environmentally friendly heating/cooling system available.
- Reason #4: Longer Life Span. Watervale’s geothermal units experience more longevity in parts and overall quality when compared with conventional systems. In fact, a recent independent study revealed that geothermal units last twice as long as a conventional air conditioning unit. The life span of Watervale’s closed loop system equipment is rated at 25.5 years while a normal air conditioner is rated to last only about 12 years.
- Reason #5: Lower Maintenance Costs. Watervale’s geothermal equipment offers automated diagnostics, which makes it much easier for technicians to maintain the system. Plus there are no combustion components that need to be checked or condensers, burners, or chimneys to clean so your geothermal energy costs are minimized.
